Employer claim for recovery of long service leave contributions
Where an employer has paid out a long service leave entitlement to an employee who has had continuous service with that employer; and the employer has paid contributions on behalf of that employee to the Board, the employer can claim a reimbursement from the Board which will be based on the number of service days paid for that employee.
